He linked to a program calledMSI MODE UTILITY V2 and he was explaining if an item has MSI on it then you check the MSI box and then place your GPU if applicable to high priority. This means if it has an interrupt i guess, it'll be solved quickly?

Nov 18, 2020 · So what I did was Download msi utility V2, which In essential, is a program designed for changing msi Mode for your drivers. It was very simple To use, and lo and behold, my msi Mode was Off by default, and Its hang priority was none. Increased it to high and enabled msi Mode, restarted, and bam. My fps increased a lot.
