Oct 18, 2024 · Other than having the *.3ds files placed in roms folder, selecting Convert 3DS ROM to CIA, and pressing Select Folder while in that folder (you won't see the roms), the only issue I can think of is that this program reportedly doesn't like Windows Vita ( source ).
