I go to the drive-thru, make an order, and they put me in the parking lot for 10 minutes while I wait. If that's the way it is, that's fine. But then, I get the app. Make the order online. Wait 10 minutes.

Mar 23, 2023 · I will give you a little insight into how Wendy’s handles complaints. I had a terrible experience and emailed customer service through the link that pink-pipes gave you. I got a reply from Wendy’s Customer Care stating they have recorded my experience and passed along the info to the management at the store where I had a bad experience.

I can get one pound of 85% lean ground beef for $6.50 [please don't argue that Wendy's is using leaner beef]. A single contains a quarter pound.
