So you could thinking of BYDDY as a mutual fund that only holds one kind of stock. The depository bank takes a fee for doing this. This fee is charged to your account, but most people will not be able to deduct that fee on income tax.

BYDDF and BYDDY are both OTC, but BYDDY is the ADR (source - the article mentioned above) Sooo whatever that means haha. It sounds like it's 2 ways of owning "shares" of foreign stocks. I think they're the same really, just some brokers only allow you to choose one. The price of "BYDDY" appears to always be twice the price of "BYDDF".

NIO has 7442 employees average salary $150K that is 1.13B US and market cap fluctuating but anywhere between $90 to $100B US, it's a much better ratio for wages vs market cap. the sales is of course better on Byddf by a lot.
