A 29-year-old Flint man who allegedly gunned down a clinical psychologist who'd stopped to help him after he drove his car into a ditch near Oxford High School Christmas Eve was charged Saturday with the woman's murder and other alleged crimes and was ordered to be held in jail without bond, the Oakland County Sheriff's Office said.

Malik Letroy Webb, the suspect in a Christmas Eve shooting in Oxford, was charged with a 19-count complaint, including felony murder on Saturday.

One man was killed and two others were injured in a shooting on Chicago's Lower West Side early Monday morning. Chicago police said that around 1:30 a.m., two 32-year-old men got into an argument with a 25-year-old man on the sidewalk in the 2000 block of South Paulina Street and shots were fired.
