Two days after being chosen as the recipient of the Cinema Vanguard Award at this year’s Santa Barbara International Film Festival, Adrien Brody has been awarded another top honor at an influential awards season stop.

The Santa Barbara Film Festival is lauding The Brutalist stars Adrien Brody and Guy Pearce with the 2025 Cinema Vanguard Award.

Ralph Fiennes will receive the Outstanding Performer of the Year Award at the 40th annual Santa Barbara International Film Festival. Fiennes will be honored on Thursday, February 6, 2025 for his acclaimed performance as Cardinal Lawrence in Focus Features’ Conclave.
