Shares in Bitfarms rose 2.8% to 2.80 Canadian dollars ($2.06) after it agreed to changes to its board, including the resignation of a co-founder, to settle a dispute with Riot Platforms three months after Riot dropped its rejected bid for the bitcoin miner.

Riot Platforms Inc (RIOT) stock saw a decline, ending the day at $7.03 which represents a decrease of $-0.06 or -0.85% from the prior close of $7.09. The stock opened at $7.13 and touched a low of $6.

Riot Platforms became the largest shareholder of Bitfarms after acquiring a 9.25 percent stake and proposed a takeover for $950 million.
