VICTORVILLE, Calif. — A former longtime CIA officer was sentenced to 30 years in prison Wednesday for drugging, sexually abusing, and video recording dozens of women over 14 years, including while serving abroad in Mexico City and elsewhere, federal prosecutors said.

Brian Jeffrey Raymond, with a graying beard and orange prison jumpsuit, sat dejectedly as he heard his punishment for one of the most egregious misconduct cases in the CIA’s history. It was chronicled in his own library of more than 500 images that showed him in some cases straddling and groping his nude, unconscious victims.

The former officer, Brian Jeffrey Raymond, admitted that he had sexually assaulted and photographed dozens of women in the United States and overseas, prosecutors said.
