Daredevil: Born Again is getting a major update from the Netflix series, and it’s already putting fans on edge.

However, the sequel won't mirror the same tone, as the showrunner Dario Scardapane promises a new perspective. He explained that the Disney+ series focuses more on character actions than introspection, offering a faster pace. This allowed them to shift the focus to a more action-packed and cold narrative.

Born Again certainly went loud with its big, brutal set-pieces and returning faces – but it's also hiding an Easter egg that could clue audiences in on what one of Netflix's Defenders is up to in the MCU.

Slightly coy, the showrunner did not fully rule out the possibility that She-Hulk will appear in Born Again. However, Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson, and Jon Bernthal are also back as Karen Page, Foggy Nelson, and Frank Castle, respectively.
