Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has directed that two rescue planes be sent immediately to Amsterdam following “a very violent incident” targeting Israeli fans of Maccabi Tel Aviv after a soccer game against Ajax.

Amsterdam authorities are preparing for another night of protests just one day after three people were arrested for smashing a window of a tram. This comes days after an attack on Israeli soccer fans.

Amsterdam has banned demonstrations for three days after Israeli soccer fans were beaten and injured in violent clashes in the city overnight, which Dutch authorities condemned Friday as antisemitic.
