Update: Two whole leaks later, and it's finally official: Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 1 & 2 Remastered is bringing Raziel back from the dead. It's coming to both PS5 and PS4 on the 10th December.

To celebrate the game’s 25th anniversary, it’s been revealed that Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 1 + 2 are getting remastered for both PS5 and PS4. The game will include remastered graphics, although details about other improvements are light.
