KSP responded to a call reporting the shooting at 1 p.m. at Hemlock Street. Two people were found dead at the scene. They were later identified as Charles Adam Allison, 37, of Cumberland, and his father, Charles Timothy Allison, 63, of Benham. The two had a domestic dispute, police said.
