Check the battery of the Bluetooth device. Make sure that the Battery is not drained. If possible, replace the batteries with new ones. Windows recognizes your Bluetooth device as an Unknown device.
When done, hit the Save changes button and exit. Try connecting the two devices again. You should now be able to send and receive files via the Bluetooth connection in Windows 10.
