It looks like the Golden State Warriors might prefer the $20 million player over Jimmy Butler, who is on the verge of a Miami Heat exit.
On Tuesday, Brian Windhorst reported on ESPN that, so far, teams have offered “poo-poo platter” in exchange for Butler, who isn’t expected to sign an extension anywhere he is traded. Chris Haynes, of Clutch Points, reported that certain teams have been advised not to acquire him.
Miami Heat star Jimmy Butler has been the biggest name in NBA trade rumors this season, and that noise doesn’t look to be going away any time soon. Despite Heat
The Warriors have been searching for another star to pair with Steph Curry but it seems that it won't be Butler. According to Anthony Slater, Marcus Thompson II, and Sam Amick of The Athletic, Golden State may be out on the six-time All-Star.

According to Warriors head coach Steve Kerr, the Warriors are not a good team at getting to the free-throw line. “Some of that is just personnel,” Kerr told reporters Tuesday
As the Golden State Warriors attempt to remain competitive in the final years of Steph Curry’s superstardom, several potential trade targets have come and gone.
