Timing is everything and Lamar Jackson, Josh Allen, Jalen Hurts, Joe Burrow and Jared Goff all have the same problem: Bad timing. They played when Patrick Mahomes did.

On Thursday, the Cincinnati Bengals’ quarterback was listed as a finalist for the AP’s Most Valuable Player and Offensive Player of the Year. Burrow is one of four quarterback finalists for MVP alongside Josh Allen, Jared Goff, and Lamar Jackson.
