TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - Firefighters have contained a fire at a recycling facility in Toledo Tuesday night. Officials with Toledo Fire and Rescue told 13 Action News just before 10 p.m. that the fire had been contained.

Toledo fire crews responded to the call at R&M Recycling Inc., on Lagrange Street just north of the intersection with Sylvania Avenue and found a "large pile" of recycling material emitting thick smoke into the air on the facility's west side by Detroit Avenue.

The FBI began surveillance on Zuber in September, did a controlled purchase in December, and executed search warrants on the Upton property and his Lambertville home in January.

The news, announced in a letter to employees from North America Chief Operating Officer Antonio Filosa on Wednesday, also provided some good news to workers in Detroit, where the next generation Dodge Durango will be built and those in Toledo, Ohio, and Kokomo, Indiana, where investments are planned.

Scott Aloysius Brown, 28, William Gregory Creasy, 24, and Deonte Damonte Prophett, 32, all of Cincinnati, were arraigned Wednesday in 50th District Court in Pontiac on charges of felony murder and armed robbery in connection with the Jan. 13 incident, the Oakland County Sheriff's Office said.
