The toss for the opening T20I of the three-match series between Pakistan and Australia has been delayed due to persistent rain at The Gabba on Thursday. Light drizzle has been falling in the area since last night, with more rain expected throughout the day, further complicating the situation.

Australia host Pakistan in the first of three T20 international matches at the Brisbane Cricket Ground in Woolloongabba, Brisbane. The series opener will get under way at 6pm (08:00 GMT).
