A motorcyclist was injured after a hit-and-run crash in the central Las Vegas valley. It happened on Tuesday shortly after 4:30 p.m. at the intersection of Palos Verde Street and Twain Avenue near Paradise Road.

According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the crash occurred on Decatur Boulevard, north of Twain Avenue, at 9:36 p.m. An initial investigation determined that a 2007 Honda Accord was traveling south on Decatur, while a pedestrian was crossing west.
