Tecmo Bowl changed the way people played football ... and the game was eventually made for the Xbox and PlayStation consoles. The first two versions remain the standard for the franchise.

At times, it was no easy feat. There were far more duds in the genre than games worth your time, and then, there was Tecmo Super Bowl, the follow-up to the tremendously popular Tecmo Bowl.
