JSW MG Motor India has announced the prices for its new MG Windsor, India's first intelligent crossover utility vehicle. Starting at Rs 13,49,800 (Ex-Showroom), the Windsor comes in three variants and includes a lifetime battery warranty.

The ex-showroom prices include the battery cost, which is why the base Excite variant costs ₹13.50 lakh, ₹3.5 lakh more with the fixed battery against the battery rental option, which retails at ₹10 lakh for the same variant.

After launching the new Windsor with an innovative BaaS (Battery as a Service) plan, MG has now extended the same to their other two EVs – Comet and ZS. The BaaS program allows customers to purchase the vehicles at a lower upfront cost and pay a fee for battery usage based on kilometres driven.
