I normally love taking teams in Week 3 that are 0-2 overall and 0-2 ATS. There’s desperation, and you often get a bit better number. Per BetMGM’s stats, Daboll covers 61.7 percent as an underdog and the Browns’ Kevin Stefanski just 42.3 percent as a favorite.

Week 3 of the NFL has begun and there are 13 Sunday games. Seven of them come in the early 1 p.m. ET time slot. Another are at either 4:05 p.m. ET or 4:25 p.m. ET, depending on whether they will air on CBS (4:05) or FOX (4:25). They are followed by one Sunday night game and two Monday night games.

Rated No. 3 in total DVOA, the Chargers don’t turn it over and they run the ball down their opponents’ throat. Their also No. 1 in defensive DVOA. Take the points and L.A. to start off 3-0. Minnesota is a tough place to play, just ask Brock Purdy.

Miami head coach Mike McDaniel is just 5-8 against the spread as an underdog and is facing a Seahawks defense that ranks third in pass rush win rate and fifth in DVOA. The Dolphins do have the advantage of extra rest, but the Seahawks are getting solid play from Geno Smith and rank second in expected points contributed by passing defense.
