Lawyers for Blake Lively have issued a new statement in support of the actress amid her ongoing legal battle with Justin Baldoni.

The remark was in response to a statement given by Lively’s legal team on Monday to People which accused Baldoni’s team of trying to distract and attack in the press, describing such efforts as a classic technique to discredit a victim of sexual harassment.

Lively accused her “It Ends With Us” co-star and director Justin Baldoni of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment in a lawsuit as Baldoni’s own countersuit looms.
