Investors should always be taking a look at the investments of Warren Buffett and his company, Berkshire Hathaway.

Warren Buffett isn’t the only one who likes the energy sector. Alongside Berkshire Hathaway’s huge purchases of Occidental Petroleum shares, insiders at energy companies have been buying large amounts of stock for weeks and selling very little.

That trend is extremely evident these days. Buffett has sold over $7 billion worth of Bank of America stock since the start of the third quarter. Meanwhile, one of the few stocks that he's consistently bought over the last two years is sitting near a two-year low, but he hasn't purchased any additional shares.
