One family is in mourning after a deadly shooting in Huntsville on Thursday night. According to the Huntsville Police Department, officers responded to Oakdale Terrace around 10 p.m. and found a male victim shot to death.

Authorities identified the victim killed in a shooting that happened Thursday night in Huntsville. Huntsville Police say they responded to a shooting in progress on the 2700 block of Oakdale Terrace around 10 p.m. Thursday. When officers arrived at the scene, the found a man that had suffered a fatal gunshot wound.

The Madison County Coroner has identified Jalil Mohammad as the man who was killed during a shooting in Oakdale Terrace on Thursday night. Mohammad, age 46, was killed around 10 p.m. on Jan. 16 on the 2700 block of Oakdale Terrace,

A man’s death is under investigation following a shooting, according to the Huntsville Police Department. HPD said officers responded to a possible shooting on Oakdale Terrace around 10 p.m. on Thursday.

Allen David James Henderson, 25, was charged with Homicide-Murder. He's being held in the Madison County Jail without bond. Huntsville Police say there are no further details at this time as they continue to investigate the incident.
