Water seemingly made a comeback in Richmond's faucets overnight Wednesday into Thursday — for real this time. The latest: Richmonders should all have running water now, Mayor Avula said at a noon presser Thursday.

Now that pressure has been restored, Hanover and Henrico counties and the City of Richmond all say they expect to remove a boil water notice sometime Saturday.

The mayor also shed light on the series of events at the water plant that led to major flooding inside the building and days without access to drinking water for residents.
