(Reuters) - World number three Carlos Alcaraz is unlikely to be at his best for Wednesday's ATP Finals match against Andrey Rublev as the four-times Grand Slam champion continues to struggle with illness, the Spaniard's coach Juan Carlos Ferrero said.
