It depends on the child. My kids, ages 5&10, spent 4 hours and wanted to stay longer.
I want to bring my daughter here for her 2nd birthday. She is a very busy, bright little girl and likes to roll wit the "big kids". Would there be many things she could participate in as she is still under 3?

Yes! We just went a few days ago with a 15mo and she had a blast. There are a lot of activities for under 3.
