This place is very run down. No clean toilet. There are only very limited eating places. This could be a lovely place to hang out. The place needs a lot of improvement. Full review by AllanArnold

When Embarcadero first opened it promised to offer a vibrant and exciting venue to meet, shop, eat and drink. Some years later it is looking tired and uncared for. It is a shame. Full review by nicknight
