Really beautiful venue. Along the river, but at the same time really well equipped. We saw Willie and Robert Earl Keen and it was just magical. The right wing seats were 100% worth it. Row b, seats 6… Full review by Beachgirl111111

They have a huge venue, yet don’t have enough parking. If you do get parking for an event, it’s $20! Within the first 2 hours of the show, there was NO soap and mostly no water near the (DARK) port… Full review by MBX428
We have “Preferred Seating” for an upcoming show, but I don’t see this category of seating shown on the venue’s seating map. Does anyone have info on this? Thanks in advance!

I have used all three to get to the venue. The surcharge after the concert was more than $100 on the last event! I have heard that some people walk to the Tiki hut and have some drinks and such before they call for a ride. The cell phone reception is sketchy in the parking lot. With thousands of people leaving all at once, they don’t let cars into the parking lot and certainly don’t let them park for even a minute. We have had our “ride” cancel us and take others that were closer. You have to walk out to the road and wait, but then it is hard to communicate with your “ride” because of the reception.
