This cove is peaceful and quiet with breathtaking views of Lake Monticello, South Carolina's cleanest lake. The property's beach and large dock is very private - perfect for swimming, fishing, sunbathing, or relaxing and watching beautiful sunsets. Jet skis are not permitted on the lake but we provide paddleboards, kayaks, canoes & tubes for your useage. The pontoon boat is also available for rent. Dogs are welcome! The house has a large wraparound deck with patio furniture and gas grill for dining or enjoying the outdoors and views. There is also a covered porch and screened porch on the back deck, with comfy furniture for napping, reading or relaxing. A fire pit/conversation area is out back close to the house, ready for s'mores making - and provided is a campfire popcorn popper! And a corn hole set is available for use.
