There are a few different trails. We walked on a short trail. Totally doable with a toddler on the back. Then we walked on a path that led to a beach. Again, totally doable with a toddler on your back. There are benches around if you need to take a break or need a flat spot to change the toddler. There were no benches on the beach. There is a visitor center. It was closed the day we went but the bathrooms were open.
