WEBJul 25, 2015 · SimCity's resident disappointing sequel is SC5, so you don't have to worry about that. 4 and 3 are both very good games. I think 4 is overall a stronger game--Region mode is a really great addition that adds significant depth, and the terraforming tools are much stronger, as are the nuts and bolts of zoning/transportation/utilities management.

WEBSimCity 3000 and SimCity 3000 Unlimited on Windows 10. If you want to run SimCity 3000 or its unlimited edition on Windows 10, you might need to enable secdrv from sc.exe or use a patched version. Or, you could use the sc3U.exe from the World Edition of SC3K. After, there might be a slow GUI, and so you might need to make it windowed.

WEBFeb 26, 2022 · The only SimCity with a sandbox mode is SC2013. There are cheats for SC3K though that lets you do stuff, like having all building costs be zero. There is another that gives you $100,000, but I dunno if you can do that multiple times.
