The game is copyright 1994, but the CD collection was from around 1996 and included a version for Windows 3.1 and Windows 95. The Windows 95 version can be run on Windows 10.

WEBThe problem is the 16bit setup that cannot install the 32bit version of the game under Windows 10 and/or 11. I had to download a "Is3Engine.zip" that contained a "setup32.exe" file to perform the installation. After the installation, another "SimCity_2000_compatibility_patch.zip" extracts a "SIMCITY.EXE" that solves the issues with save games.
