WEBJul 17, 2018 · Hey guys I found a fix for pretty much all Simcity 3000 problems when running in modern machines. I first tried the game this year but it was impossible to play with the insane map scrolling speeds, and I also noticed my CPU usage was very high while the game was running.

The only things I can suggest is to: 1: Try and build it within the first 5-10 years of your city. 2: Enact the Farmer's Market Ordinance.
