I remember my CD version came with a bunch of extra tilesets (I loved the Future one a lot and I wanted to use it here) but it doesn't seem like I can load a new tileset in this game. Has anybody figured it out?

I remember years ago there were a lot of alternate tile sets that came with Simcity's Urban renewal kit, I think there wasa European set, a future set, ect ect. Given how old the game is, it probably woulnd't run on WIndows 10, but I don't want the game, just the building tile sets.

WEBApr 11, 2023 · Was this the special edition, "SimCity 2000: Urban Renewal Kit" by any chance? I believe you are describing an alternate tile-set. I don't recall any extras came with the base game, (art is expensive!), but you could install extra sets and make them in the Urban Renewal Kit.

WEBMar 14, 2013 · As far as I know the Urban Renewal Kit was the only way to change the look of SC 2000. Even then you weren't exactly updating the graphics, just swapping out the images of one building for a new look. Not sure about SC 3000. If you get a chance to play SC4, I would highly recommend it.
