WEBAug 18, 2015 · Hi, I have the same problem. Upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and now the Seagate external hard drive is not properly working. I've tried all the suggestions with no success. When I connect the drive to the computer, Windows 10 recognizes it for about 5 seconds under "Device and Printers" under Devices with name "Backup+ Desk".
