WEBI had something similar with Fortnite, the game had connection issues and it got stuck on the GeForce loading screen when I restarted the game. Switching to a different server manually seemed to fix it for me.

WEBMar 11, 2024 · Stuck on loading screen after new update. Try running GeForce now as an administrator that fixed the issue for me. Well it was worth a try, they sent out an email so hopefully they'll have it patched soon.
