The average worker is a gamer like you and me, not all are collectors so cases, books and covers are a "who cares" issue to them. Those who do care have helped me look for the nicest case and disk.

Sometimes they have something good, like the GOW Origins Collection with the original case for 10 bucks I picked up last year but that's a rarity.
