You still get the warranty and everything. From what I can tell PS5 doesn't have the best build quality so warranty benefit is actually a big deal.

WEBAug 29, 2024 · Totally agree. For that price, it's better to buy a PC instead of a PS5 PS5 is 80,000 yen, might as well get a PC! Looks up GPU prices : 90,000 yen for a 4070, 45-50k for a 4060. And that's just one component (the most expensive one).

I can build a good mid-range PC for that price even in Canadian dollars, something I sure as shit couldn't do in 2016 with that money.

They haven't delivered on alot of the performance promises aside from first party. Most of the fidelity modes are terrible etc and I don't think a 25+% performance difference will fix it.
